Overview¶
RadGraph is a dataset and designed for information extraction from radiology reports. It provides annotations for entities and relations specific to the medical domain, particularly focusing on radiological findings and their attributes.
Dataset¶
The RadGraph-XL dataset consists of annotated radiology reports, where entities such as anatomical locations, observations, and modifiers are labeled. Additionally, relationships between these entities are defined to capture the context and meaning within the reports.
